As teachers, we are all short on time.
The Organized Teacher Framework™ will help you simplify your organization & behavior management while saving you time.
I once worked with a teacher who got to work two hours before school started every day to prepare for the day ahead. Then she would stay one to two hours after school to grade, answer emails, attend meetings, and get her classroom ready for another day.
Maybe you don’t get to school two hours early every day.
But I bet you take work home?
Or go up to school on the weekends to “get ahead” but after three hours you realize you are no more ready for Monday than you were before you got there…
“Since Kelly started working with me, my organizational skills in my classroom have improved 100%. I have a space for my lesson materials for each day of the week, organized by subject. I have completely reorganized my closets per Kelly’s advice and now I can find things without spending several minutes looking for what I need. My teaching has greatly improved because everything has a place and now I spend more time teaching than stressing because I can’t find something…Thanks Kelly!!!!”

Leave school at a decent time without taking working home?
Manage student behavior with positive reinforcement?
Create an organized AND well managed classroom?
Maintain organization throughout the school year?
Data shows us that new teachers enter the “survival” phase of teaching around October and dip all the way down to “disillusionment” at the semester break.
But for anyone who has been teaching longer than one year, we know that teachers go through these phases year after year, no matter your amount of experience.
Prepare for the inevitable and set yourself up for success by creating an organized classroom and avoid some of that “Shock-tober Stress”
Sure, organizing a classroom takes time and you have to know what you are doing so you don’t waste all your time.
But it doesn’t have to be hard.
Classroom Organization is more than just a pretty classroom. It’s your routines, management, and flow all seamlessly blended together. Once you get your routines and systems in place, your classroom organization is DONE! All that’s left is staying consistent with practicing all the systems you put in place.
Yes. It’s really that simple!
No one should be getting to work hours before school starts and staying hours after it’s over. No ma’am! (That’s what I told my teacher friend who was spending so much extra time at school.)
After putting a few simple systems, boundaries, and organization strategies in place, she was able to reduce her extra time spent at school. All we did was organize her classroom with systems that were practical and easy to maintain.
This meant less time figuring out where things belong and more time focusing on her students.
I can help you do that, too…
“Oh my gosh, today I used your tips :). I started the grand task of organizing my cabinets. I put in three hours and I’m almost done with the huge task! I came in with a plan and now I feel calm and proud with the accomplishment. It was actually very satisfying to see what I had and to see what I do not use. I tucked away a lot of materials so that I can introduce them properly throughout the year! I’m super happy with how it turned out. Thank you for the tips and encouragement!”

Yay! You’re in! We’ll get to know each other in this first section and you’ll get access to the 50+ page workbook that will be your guide to organizing your classroom.
You will set your goals for your classroom and figure out your biggest priorities for your classroom.
Before we can ever worry about how to set up your classroom, we need to make sure your time management plans are in place.
You will create a plan for combatting burnout, increasing self-confidence (when those mean emails inevitably come your way!), and staying motivated.
Finally, you’ll create a time management plan because organization doesn’t work if there is not time management already in place.
The next layer of the classroom “cake” is management. An organized & well decorated classroom doesn’t matter if your management is not strategic.
You will write out behavior management plans specific to your classroom needs, create daily routines for your students. Plus, you’ll learn about the importance of cooperative learning & community building, consequences, and differentiation techniques to help structure your management.
(There is also a lesson specifically for high school teachers in this module!)
Now it’s time to get organized!
You’ll design your ideal classroom and get a plan in place to set it up in an organized way. You’ll also think through how you want to decorate your classroom to make sure it has that welcoming feel.
No worries, we aren’t creating Pinterest classrooms over here! Just real, workable classrooms for students and teachers.
You’ve gotten organized but how do you *stay* organized? That’s what we’ll cover here!
Strategies for organizing your supplies, your students’ materials, station items, all those dreaded papers, and how to manage high school organization.
These 4 additional items are included, at no additional cost to you, as a way to support you in creating more organization and management systems in your classroom.

I really enjoyed The Organized Teacher Framework course. The self-pace was great to really take as much time as needed to be successful in achieving the goal. I took the course this past summer and I feel like a more prepared teacher because of it. My confidence in my teaching ability grew. Thank you so much!

It showed me some useful time management strategies. The course was really effective and helpful in letting me start the year with confidence and helped me to be more stable in organizing myself as a teacher and areas in my classroom.”

Is this course only for new teachers?
Nope! In fact, most of the teachers who have already purchased the course are not new teachers. The framework is applicable to any teacher who wants to create an organized classroom. If you want to avoid the “I’m still missing things in November” or the “OMG I’m so overwhelmed feeling” then this course is for you- no matter your level of experience!
What’s the price and what is included?
The course is $210 split up into 6 payments of $35. However, you can save $40 by paying in full for $167. Included are 4 modules with video teaching (over 3+ hours of teaching), a workbook to guide you through the process, resources from a real teacher’s classroom, and the 4 bonus items ($72 value you get for free)!
What grade level is this course for?
My experience is in elementary so many of the things I talk about are geared towards that group of teachers. However, I do have two specific lessons for High School teachers on organization and management as well as numerous secondary teachers who have purchased and taken the course!
What happens if I don’t like the course?
Well, I am confident that this course will guide you along as you plan for the school year and create your organized classroom.
